Today, Mathew had a doctor's appointment to make a "asthma plan" which is good because he hasn't had an attack in over 20 months. He stopped taking his regular asthma medicine in May. He has only needed his albuterol once in August when he was in the grass with push ups at football practice. We were told that if he stays off the albuterol and does not require an appointment for asthma related for 2 years (including needing and updated plan) then we can take him off the EFMP for be done with asthma. Our doctor told us that a lot of times they outgrow asthma. We know that in Germany the mold caused a lot of his issues. Here in Texas, he hasn't had a bit of trouble with asthma.
After going to the doctor's office, also a quick stop for ice coffee and pumpkin spice latte, then we went to the pharmacy to pick up a new albuterol inhaler because the one he has will expire soon. Then we stopped by Walgreen's for a few items.
