On Sunday, after lunch, the kids went to play basketball with the adults...

 and one adult over did his moves...and ended up tearing his groin muscle...at dr before getting a shot in the hip

 then sent to Ortho at the I-35 clinic...for x-rays and then crutches for a few weeks...

taking it easy....
